The inspection REPORT is a short few pages narrative and covers a detailed analysis of the Specific structural, foundation and drainage conditions including settlement, ground movement, and earthquake risk assessment & resistance.
We fully support REALTORS and provide 24 hours turnaround service, including Inspection and comprehensive Special Engineering Report stamped with the Seal of a State Licensed Civil / Structural and Geotechnical Engineer. We equally support other Home Inspection Companies and provide Specialized Engineering inspection, investigation, mitigation and cost estimate.

- The cost for the initial engineering inspection varies between $675 and $975 depending on the scope of the needed inspection, engineering estimate, verbal, written report or both, size of unit area, and distance from Berkeley.
